To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeiQin Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeiQin Dynamics from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These terms remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and any materials provided.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government actions.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, China.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FeiQin Dynamics regarding the use of our services.
